    I mean, come on. 20$ for like 0.75 cents of stuff thats stupid. Scammer.​

    Provide Evidence:
    This is where he sent me a 20$ for 0.75 cent stuff. Wanting skins. Scamming other users.​

    Ok well no scam here - you can't just report someone for offering without more context.
    Decline the offer and move on which I'm sure you did 2 years ago.
    Advise in the future add the user and discuss the trade offer.
