    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198053257161

    Victim profile: 76561198046693483

    What happened? Description:
Targeted user agreed to pay me 1.90$ for each TF2 key, he bought 140 - total 266$.
He first sent me the money via Paypal as a gift and then I gave him the keys. Few hours later, his Paypal payments were withdrawn, fake reason being that he did not authorise the payments.

    Provide Evidence:
I sadly do not have a sceenshot of the chat, for I closed the chat before acknowledging I was scammed and I can't load the chat history, but I can in other ways provide proof that an agreement was made, which was broken - notes of the Paypal transaction.

    steamHistory- My Steam trade history

emailPaypal - Email inbox overview of incoming Paypal messages
#1 - Withdrawn payment #1 - In the notes you can see we agreed that he was paying for TF2 keys and will not chargeback the money. The SteamID64 in the notes matches the one of the targeted user.
    #2 - #6 - Withdrawn payments #2 - #6

email - My steam account page, proving my identity in the above Paypal related screenshots - I use the same email adress for both Steam and Paypal.

The pictures below are best to be tested by yourself by visiting my backpack.tf profile history link provided above, but here are screenshots anyway.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we require evidence of chat through the Steam client that includes the original trade agreement, as such I will have to decline this report.

    Thanks.
