yeah my first post he is a scammer he scammed my friend http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198001447507/
he has video proof i dont really know what the deal was but he somehow shut down his computer and he lost it .

In the desc of the vid is a link to the trade history, lately i contacted steam support. I quickly got a response saying my items have been returned. I still want this guy marked as a scammer though.

Good to hear that steam has returned your items. This is quite rare.

For verification purposes, may i request for the inventory history where you traded with mario and steam support info saying your items have been returned?

The video only provides some evidence, which is unable the prove that the trade was done.

What are the evidences that is lacking here?

Confirmation that the trade was done.
(by providing screenshots of trade inventory history)

Confirmation that steam support has returned the items.
(by providing screenshots of steam support info showing that the items were returned)
