Trade to occur, I purchase a dirty Lugermorph for 1.66 Ref.. I first traded him gift wrap and he left the server.... (I had no Lugermorph)
Trade window was closed before I could copy text.... I added him in steam but he blocked communication...

Without screenshot evidence, there is nothing the admins can do. Also, please be sure to copy the actual links to the person's profile, not the generic formatted ones from the example thread.
