You have nowhere near enough information, sad to say. Start by providing some background on what the deal was, some screenshots of the chat if available, and a screentshot of your trade history proving that he did indeed get the games from you. You can access this by going to your profile > inventory > View Inventory History (last found in the top right). Find the trade you did with him, black out all unnecessary information, and upload it to a free image hosting site like imgur or tinypic.
