He said that he found a hack on Steam that allows you to get up to 5 Steam games for free. He asked for the first 14 numbers on my paypal card and a rare Tf2 item.

More Info: (this is how it started) I was in a trading server trying to sell my items when he traded me randomly. He talked about that hack and then he asked me to add him and I did.
