Pictures tell the story. Some guy said he would buy me Poker Night at the Envintory for 7 ref. He wanted me to pay 3 ref up front...and I was a little wary, but I could see why he wanted me too. I offered 1 ref-- as I saw he had a white painted bills and other hats in his backpack, and saw that the account was not new. I doubted he would risk being banned for just 1 ref...he then ran off with my money and defriended me.
