Description: I started a deal on TF2Outpost, he replied saying he had what I wanted (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1242268)
We made a deal on 20 keys. We agreed 10 keys before the trade and 10 keys after. I gave him 10 keys for what he said was a CS:GO gift, but instead gave me a link to the CS:GO survey then called me a scammer for not giving him the remaining 10 keys.
