    Report Type: [Money] Other cash fraud (webmoney, bitcoin, etc)
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198056030479

    Victim profile: 76561198219691576

    What happened? Description:
    Totally not trusted person, scammed 1 of my friend via real world money (he dont send any money for unusual), friend goes first.The deal about they talking:money+original (as sweets) for unusual.But friend dont get any money for it... He blocked and deleted him in a few seconds ago.He sold it via market place (I think). The question is: "why friend goes first?" becouse this Scammer 1 of the Russian admins on a "Pskovline server", removed from now after this accident... Hopefully I can help to my friend , thanks for understood.​

    Provide Evidence:
    If you got a Russian admin on steamrep site ,I can send this problem in all details. Thats all.​

    It would help the case if you could upload uncropped screenshots of the chat with accused? Also, is the language the reason the actual victim doesn't make the report himself?

    Victim cant do it , because he dont know where send a reports , and what to do to block scammer. I try to help him , because I am a main admin on Pskovline. So I removed scammer from server, then try to help with this problem.
    He dont get chat screenshots , but I try to find screens with dialog.Where "Чувачок" obviously say about scam, and fully agree about this scam.

    Any update on this? This guy was also obviously buying hijacked items or is the main of a hijacker, As he had my item as soon as i lost it due to a phshing link (i was new stop judging lol)
