What happened? Description:

I got scammed by a guy with steam level 95

This user added me: http://steamcommunity.com/id/PaulSellBuySkins Promissing me a value of 120$ for my cs:go item. After a lot of arguing we reached an agreement and we made the trade. In the screenshots I have the chat where the user promised me gift cards in the value of 120$ and the trade offer in witch I told him to tell me the ammoung that he promised me.
The screenshots have everything.
After the trade was completed he gave me 2 fake cards that I tested and got an invalid answer. He emideatly un added me and blocked me as show in the last screenshot.
Unfortunatly I'm assuming that I'm not going to get my item back :/ But if the scammer gets a trade ban that's not to bad. Thanks and please help me.

he redeemed the codes on another account so he could report me for fraud.

You can try to use them but they are both say they have been redeemed, this guy used the cards on another account so this could happen and he could screw me over like everyone does because they think i am a scammer but i can even send pictures of so both of the cards have been scratched and used by typing the ones up there. This guy is a lier who photoshopped fake numbers on there like i said so this could happen.

Here is the screenshots of the trade history. I don't think that the tniy picture related to the trade offer doesn't pops up anymore, i tried it on chrome and in the steam app. Please check for yourself if it pops up for you because for me it didn't. I have ALL the proof.

He has been reported by so many people, why doesn't anybody takes an action on him ? Because his profile his level 95 or something ?
