Is there a particular reason why you keep attracting these users for this exact type of scam tactic?
Our objective here is to educate users on safe trading - and I'm troubled by the multiple nearly duplicate reports you seem to have created.
Is there something you need to avoid better to not run into this issue again?
I'm curious to know and to help solve this so your not back here making more reports..perhaps you can just avoid them in the future.

Please provide a full screen shot of that trade offer again thru a PC - open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload.
