What happened? Description:

This user was trying to trade his Karambit Blue-steel for my M9 Safari Mesh. As you would normally expect, this kind of offer should ring some bells. And it did, but for some odd reason I was not paying attention to it. He put in his karambit and 5 chroma keys, and I put in my M9 bayonet and he asked to add me one key. As I added one key, he proceeded to remove his karambit from the trade without me noticing. Yes, I know, I'm stupid. I've attached a screenshot of the trade.​

Here are two screenshots, one showing the acceptance of the trade (I managed to somehow take this before it completed) and a screenshot from my inventory history. Unfortunately before I managed to take a picture of his inventory, he had already traded the knife away.​
