    I believe this was an attempted scam. Guy added me out of nowhere and offered cash for my unusual. Since he had no rep, few friends, and very low PT, I suggested he go buy promos/keys. Note the fact that he's the one that used the word "scamming," not me.

    Unfortunately, there's not enough evidence here to conclusively say that he was attempting a scam- he could, as he stated, indeed just be lazy. ;) I will keep this archived, however, and feel free to post another report if you get any more information. Thank you so much for your report! :)
