initiated a random trade, based off of an unusual that I was selling on TF2OP. He offered to pay Paypal for my unusual hats. He then offerred to have a middleman come in. Steamrep identified all of these accounts as obvious fraudsters.

Thanks for the report. There have been many reports about this scammer, look like he isn't retiring any soon.
