What happened? Description:

He added me to trade the Bayonet knife i was putting up on the market. He said he can't use SteamGuard for ~13-14 days. However, i wanted to trade via PayPal, because i also wanted the 15% that Steam takes, which sums up to 60 bucks.

I traded him the knife and he paid over PayPal.. Atleast i thought. This guy sent me 60.00 bucks towards my PayPal account and it got marked as paid. He wanted a +rep and i told him to wait until the money arrived, he said some hours.

The money isn't on my PayPal balance, which is around 1,5 days now.

He blocked me, i got a friend to invite him into a groupchat to discuss that out.​

Provide Evidence:

As you can clearly see, i have zero on my balance. I have no payments recieved in that month and the payment status is "marked as paid", even tho i didn't recieve anything.

Sadly i have less evidence because all that happened yesterday.

He didn't really answer and told my friend that he doesn#t care at all and was asking for proof the entire time. I told him i have the proof but he just blocked my friend too.

Do you have a screenshot of your chat and trade history?

I have no "chat", like i said, because it was one day ago, about the trade, look below.
As you can see, i traded him a knife for nothing in return, i surely don't gift knives for fun.

His profile is completely private now, changed his name and any friends of mine trying to add him to ask him about the money, he just blocked them. He called himself a "trusted PayPal trader" and had several "paypal +rep" and default "+reps".

Also i recognized that he didn't have my knife anymore and had a Gut Knife instead of that.. and also sold it. I think it was not the first time he did that to users.

I have a witness that can confirm that i tried to build up a chat with him, but he said to my friend he doesn't care at all and blocked him too.

That's all the information i can deliver sadly, i wish i could have saved the chat.. Unless you can tell me how to get the history of the chat, i can't bring it.

Hey i got attempted trade scam by this guy 30 min ago i don't have the chat log saved but i do have some screenshots, he sent an invoice marked as paid which is confusing, as im sure most paypal users are unfamiliar with then i kept trying to rush the trade saying he sent the money and hes sketching out send the knife blah blah, really sorry i didn't get the chat log but here is 2 screenshots of the attempt from my paypal.

Alright, he had multiple knives now and everyone is getting scammed from him, i wish there is some action against him because if two are scammed now... Sadly Valve doesn't give a f*....

Ziggy 2 wanted me to upload the file, because he had copied it and sent it to me a few mins ago, there you can see how he's doing his frauds. He did exact the same thing to me, the same invoice stuff.

It's time to do something now, otherwise he's going to fraud more and more people.

I'm not worried about the knife, I want him permanently trade banned.

What he did is more than just doing frauds, he even ended them. This is illegal. Not just some scamtrade about a website, he has to owe people money and he didn't give it.

Sorry to here your issue :-( have you trad to report him to Steam because you have his Paypal information and screen shots you can easy report him. One of my friend's had same issue last year same fuk problem, he wanted to sell his $400 CS GO knife because he had extra one anyway random dude ask him to by it of him and send him the money by Paypal the guy who bought the knife block him, and didn't send him the full amount $400 he paid $50.00 instead of $400 my friend opened a case with steam and fight for his problem they couldn't do anything with his because he used Paypal but I believe he got VAC banned not sure form that time he learned his mistake.

same guy just added me and tried to pull same bullshit excuses about steam guard!

Alright guys,

i contacted PayPal and they are now aware of him. We seem to hit multiple persons with that. They realized he is doing that alot and we would have to pay him. I stopped that now by contacting them and they go after this/these little piece(s) of s✿✿✿(s).

They locked his PayPal account for such things, so no1 can be scammed from this PayPal account anymore. So guys, keep in mind don't trade this account any items. This is a real criminal we're dealing with.
