What happened? Description:

I was using the site http://csgolounge.com/trade?t=113654306 to sell a Blue Steel Huntsman Knife (Minimal Wear) and got offered a M4A4 | Radiation Hazard (Factory New). The guy who offered left me a message telling me to add him if I was interested and so I did. After that, he told me to send him a trade offer. I did and he said it returned an error 11. I tried again and when it completed I realized he switched between his accounts the M4A4 | Radiation Hazard (Factory New) for a M4A4 | Radiation Hazard (Minimal Wear) which is worth 91% less than the first one. ($154.99 x $13.49 according to Steam Market).
