    What happened? Description:
    He tried to scam some of my skins by "gambling".
    Shitty website copy with fake bots, accounts & modifying account names everytime.
    There is already a report on SteamREP too.​

    Thanks - do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out soon as you say hello) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    At this point your screenshot is too cropped...had it been just a steam chat box I might be more inclined to review but its not.
    From now on make sure you provide full screens and thru steam chat client not web browser and cropping evidence.
    Its apparent the user has no intentions on stopping doing what they are doing so your welcome to report user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
