    Victim profile: 765611980899530067

    What happened? Description:
    FROST [S> 140+ UNUS!] [⇄] added me to offer on my Green Confetti Peaceneck's Ponytail. He offered $75 via PayPal. I was immediately skeptical, then he offered his bp.tf profile, which showed no negative reps or markers showing him to be a scammer. He then offered to buy my Strange Unusual Neutron Star Rebel Rouser as well, then offering $280 for the two unusual hats. Claiming that he could not send an amount under $300 unless being fined by PayPal, he then offered to buy my Strange white Bruiser's Bandana and white Potassium Bonnet, offering $350 for the four combined items. He sent a trade offer for the Ponytail, which I accepted. We then outright traded for the other three items. At the end of this, I was left without the items or without the money.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Attached are screenshots of the chat log, where he agrees to pay incrementing amounts for more of my items. He asks for my PayPal information and shows rep that says he is trustworthy and is an experienced PayPal trader. The trade history is also shown to prove that he currently owns the items in question. His profile is there, and I learned as I wrote this report that he is banned on TF2OP for using alts to scam. I may not get my items back, but hopefully some form of justice can be brought and maybe even have him pay me for the items, at least.     This user is already banned/tagged - you need to check out users before accepting friend requests and you would have seen this.
    Had you found this it was best at that point to just report user to Valve, delete/ignore and move on..nothing more we can do here.
    In fact user is already tagged multiple times and this along with all future reports will be archived.
    You can report user to Valve as you should have done already
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
