    What happened? Description:
    Snowball Say He Providing Middle Man Service,
    He hold My [May13e] item 29 Arcanas , then wait the another Buyer to send money via Bank Transfer, After i sent Trade Offer to him, he block me with my Buyer which is partner of him.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Nothing to Prove.....he block all the Communication with me, i been nervous and close the Chat windows, now i cant recovery back... Admin Please help me ban him, thanks....
