What happened? Description:

dude said that he would give me a paysafecard wallet account if i gave my unusual
he gave me the code and he said if i didnt lock in he would report me so i did
the code was invalid​

You can, however, report the user directly to Valve using the Report Violation feature on the other user's profile. To do so:

1. Visit the accused's profile
2. Click More drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose Report Violation
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click Submit Report
