What happened? Description:

Today i was looking for some trade, and a "people" added me as friend. I accept that, and he send me a message to add his friend, but when i tryed to use his link, i wannt to loggin in, but i cant, and immadietly my running dota 2 lost connection, and the steam to.I cant reconnect, becouse the Steam got error: "somebody logged in with this account " I restarted my pc, and tryed to recconnect, and it was succes, but then i realized, many of my items lost. All of my tradeable rares and myhtical items, like "Scyhte of Vyse", and some expensive item. I cheked my trade history, and there is saw this guy (Demon_Princess) and he stole many of my items. I done a printscreen, i will attach that.
I hope You guys could help me, or at least other people wont lose they items. Thank you, and sorry for my basic english!
