What happened? Description:

My friend got scammed by this person. They were talking about a CS:GO pin code and this guy named Steve told him that he can only give paypal or steam wallet gift cards. And they agreed on the Gift card option. He also told my friend to go first because he has a lot o steam +rep and a high steam level and after my friend gave him the code, Steve gave him an unuseable code as you can see in the screenshot, and then unfriend me and my friend and blocked the communication between us.
He contacted me after I put on https://www.reddit.com/r/Pins4Skins/ a post about me trading CS:GO collectible pins.​

You can, however, report the user directly to Valve using the Report Violation feature on the other user's profile. To do so:

1. Visit the accused's profile
2. Click More drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose Report Violation
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click Submit Report
