    What happened? Description:
    Randomly added me and asked if my icarus fell was for trade. Wanted to buy through opskins or bitskins. Then told me to list it on opskins, so even though I didn't do as she said, if I did list it on opskins, she would probably use a fake opskins bot to send me a trade offer and try and take my icarus fell, thus scamming me.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Also has a very suspicious "cashrep", with a opskins bot at the bottom +rep her. I assume that is the fake opskins bot that she controls to try and scam people with the old opskins scam.

    No scam here - you can't make reports off assumptions as you noted - I see nothing in the chat that suggests the user was trying to scam you or nothing proving that other account you posted was or is involved in anyway.
    You can't make reports with "probably or seems suspicious or assume" doesn't work like that.
