    What happened? Description:
    i sold some keys to Alan Eschweiler like 4 months ago and he decided to chargeback. unfortunately i dont have chat log since trade was 4 months ago.

    I don't think you can pass a report without the chat agreement, as it is considered vital evidence. Up to the staff to decide.
