What happened? Description:

I post on tf2 outpost that im buying gta v.he added me and offered me first for 15 tf2 keys later for 13 tf2 keys.he went first so he have a steamlevel 11 and i trusted him.in that time steamrep was not worked correctly so i cant check that he allready have dispute!And later in night the steam gift is dissapeared from my inventory!I dont get any warning or support from steam.the gift was untradable!so i lost my 13 tf2 keys.can I get it back somehow?thanks.​
