    What happened? Description:
    I am selling Ethereum for Money via PayPal etc. and they overpay most of the time. I successfully sold some Ethereum to the accused person several times already (Value approx 70$). Today he wanted to buy $250 worth of Ethereum (0.1878 ETH) for $299 PayPal money to the address 0x9B63741c02CC68B2668C50D760C1c544b4F740Ff. The Ethereum was sent, this of course is visible on the Blockchain. We were in a call for the entire transaction, after the transaction being confirmed on the Blockchain, he simply hung up and unfriended me on steam without sending me the money. The whole conversation and transaction was completely recorded and will be upon request uploaded.

    The Ethereum I sold him successfully before that were paid through PayPal in the name of the people seen on the 4th screenshot, which are most likely fake names. I asked him at that time why he sent the money from another name, he answered that one would be for business.​
