    Scam Report

Report Type: [Gambling] Fake gambling website
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198063685806

    Victim profile: 76561198119718418

    What happened? Description:
I have known this steam user for awhile we have been friends on steam for a year or so which is the only reason why I trusted him. This user messaged me asking me for help promoting his website tf2pump.com and told me that I would get $30 per week for putting a link to the site on my nickname or profile. When it came time to pay me, I was told to log into the website which used my steam login unknowingly giving him control of my steam account. He told me it was a gambling website and he could fix the the outcome and if I put in any TF2 items I would win a staged bet which he assured me would be small so it wouldn't be a big deal. The user then took my items and bet them on a game which ended up with a pot worth $1,966 which I "won". After that I was told I had to verify my account to get the winnings and my items back, by giving up the items I had left in my inventory along with 112 keys... By the time of me writing this, tf2pump.com has been taken down, all the "players" were bots and all the items were fake.
