    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198064388494

    Victim profile: 76561198116832223

    What happened? Description:
Was buying keys via reddit, he didn't seem very fishy at all, and accepted to make the payment first, instead of paying for the keys via Family and friends, he sent the payment via Goods. I was unaware of this at the start, and so I tried to refund the payment (I couldn't do this as I did not have enough funds to refund the payment due to fees).

The first image shows him paying me the money - https://gyazo.com/6383cac9bf22873a185c2e79b6d6c38d

The following image shows him sending the money via Goods and NOT via Family and friends, this is why I did not give him the keys, he could have easily scammed me and therefore, I did not give him anything and attempted to refund the payment - https://gyazo.com/952342d1929886b3450a57ac618dcd8e

Here is evidence of the refund not being possible, thus me telling him to make a dispute - https://gyazo.com/3cad409e71a73d2ebf0b3a7262c8c19c

    Provide Evidence:
In the first chat, it describes us agreeing the deal and as you can see it is quite fishy that it costs $48.75 but he wanted to pay MORE than we agreed and $50 which first gave me the sign that he is a scammer.

In the first SS, you can see that I cannot refund the item because there was a fee incurred suggesting he payed by goods and services instead of a gift which I said in the chat so he could charge back.

In the second screenshot you can see the trade offer for my 25 keys that we agreed on in the trade.

In the third screenshot you can see him charge back the money when I couldn't pay him back as I didn't have the money due to the fee.

In the 4th screenshot it further reiterated the goods and services payment instead of a gift.

In the 5th screenshot, you can see that a fee was taken away further reiterating it was a scam as he was going to charge back. He sent me a further $2.00 because he wanted the money back but I couldn't refund because paypal took a fee and that he had to send more and in the end my paypal balance decreased somehow after his scam.

Also, here is another screenshot of him being able to reclaim the money by disputing. If I had completed the trade, what means that he couldn't have just reversed this trade himself?
