So he comes to me telling me he would buy my items on paypal. He sends me 0.03 ON PAYPAL THEN LATER HE SENDS NOTHING AFTER CLAIMING I WILL RECEIVE MY MONEY. ALL PICTURES PROVIDED ARE OF HIM.

PLEASE HELP GET THIS DUDE BANNED..​
