What happened? Description:

I pasted the user's old account that was banned as the "victim" account.

I did not know until today that this user, Cereal, is a known scammer who stole an unusual and then lied about it on here. He claimed that his old account was hijacked some time ago and he never recovered access to it, but now I can see that this is likely a cover story for making an alt account to avoid the Steamrep ban. I've linked the old group he was a leader of; since he was the leader of the old group and his account was hijacked or whatever, I remade the group with myself as the leader.​
