Was buying an item off this website, it was flagged as fraud on my end, so my payment was blocked. Not wanting the item to get snagged up, I asked Mistress (76561198067287975) if he would be interesting in working out a deal, where I pay him a fee, if he buys me the item. He agrees, and buys / takes the item for himself.

A high tier trader / collector in TF2, a trusted face in the Community and by his word made an agreement with me before he even knew what the item was, and only after finding out it was actually valuable and not a Vintage Max with Sparkle, he took it.

They bought the item knowing full well the I had no clue of his intentions to break out agreement, and knew full well what he was doing all the while doing it.

Him claim how upset / mad he was that he can't even wear it, and it sucks (Evidence .6)

He had no clue this item existed and his high inventory value and reputation in the community led me to trust in someone who in my eyes is just simply not trustworthy, to take advantage of the situation I was in, he led me to believe that he had no interest in a deal so filled with potential that I had to give a warning before even saying what the item was.
Quick to assure me that its fine and to let down my guard only to swoop in and un-wrap the item forever placing it in his account, after saying how much he wanted it and he loves it, Im shocked he would throw all it away rather then just offering to buy it directly off me...even if I had no plans to sell it, at least try..

Sums up that he knew exactly that it was something he was obligated to follow through with, and not sure if he scammed me because he did not care and the item was worth more in his eyes than his rep, or that he didn't think Id report or that I did not have screen shots or that he genuinally did not know it was a Community Max and did not care to scam it if he thought it was Vintage but after finding that out, boom.



Even videos about it already, on how "The owner of the Max wants the Community Made Big Kill (I own, that is still Gift Wrapped ) and the Big Kill owner wants the Max, and making a joke about how they wont come to an agreement, information this creator could of only got from Mistress himself.​

Open admitting to it. Saying he won't regret anything.

Claim is there was no money given to him right away and thus the deal is void, the deal was upheld at my end, shortly after the deal was made and agreed to, and I went around and made commitments to other users and bothered them and perhaps upset them and had to settle with them because of him know-lying doing this, and clearly multiple times bragging about how its awesome and worth it.

Its a sad sad day, its not about money, its about what should be honored and a rare item un-obtainable now. If he disputed this before taking permanent action I'd of discussed with him, like anyone else would have, to remind him of the situation, but he took actions in his own hands, and ruined it.

Its not nearly as simple as that, without a doubt an agreement was made and mistress wouldnt know of this unless he got that information from me and the only way he got that information was apart of that very deal. There was an agreement, and the loss is significant, significant for him to risk his rep and out right say he dosent care about his reputation and outright admits to the scam / fraud. Breaking an agreement that leaves me out of an invaluable item and item that in his own words. " Sucks I have to give back"

But i would ask you to reply to what they said, since they both of them made reasonable claims and arguments.
