What happened? Description:

My friend recently got accepted into a UGC group and he didn't have a paypal. He wanted to give me his unusual so I could sell it for paypal money. I saw his outpost trade "http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20180811" and saw that he had traded with a guy that was level 40 "http://steamcommunity.com/id/Funny_Frank/". Nobody had commented on his trade so I assumed I was fairly safe. I added him on steam and he gave me is paypal email and it was verified (Because I never received any funds I don't think that it really was verified). Then I gave him my unusual and he de-added me.​

Lot's of people added me to talk about that guy ~4-5 people I don't know... I told them all "He gave me money first and I can't tell you scammer he or not"... Next some people were telling me that he scammed them...
