What happened? Description:

One guy added me and offered me 95€ for my knife. He wanted my friend to hold items. He change his 2nd account to my friend's name and he changed his profile photo to the same like my friend. He invited me and my friend to group chat. He asked him to be a middleman and then he leave. He added me to other group chat and he added the fake "Makarooon" (my friend) to group chat. He said that I have to trade the knife to him.​

Same thing just happened to me less than an hour ago, but I did not get screenshots of the conversation because I didn't realize it until I had already closed the chat.

This guy just tried the same exact thing on me, I was offering my karambit knife for $210, he once again requested one of my friends as a middle man, It didn't make any sense why he would trust my friend as a middleman which threw the first red flag. Then he when i went to trade the item to my friends real profile he told me to wait.(he needed more time to create a spoof account with the same name as my friend) I called him out on it and he just stopped responding. Thanks for reporting this dbag OP.
