    More additional info. This is a high profile case. I was scammed off $5k worth of items and he's a very cunning scammer. He screenshots people he scammed giving him items, and places them on his profile. So trick people into thinking he's trustworthy.

    Declined - we do not review reports accusing others of being alts - I told you this in PM and you made a report anyway.
    You can report the FIRST user and ONLY that user that you interacted with.

    Basically all of your evidence is directed to ANOTHER user and that is who should be reported.
    If they are ALREADY tagged here which they are and denied an appeal there is NOTHING more we can do to them so no need to submit a report for that user.
    Report them to Valve instead!
