What happened? Description:

He added me on steam after an offer posted on CSGO lounge. He offered me $23 dollars for my AWP electric (still in his inventory). He said he would pay over Paypal however when I sent him my AWP he blocked all communications on steam and never sent the money. I did video the whole thing if u need extra evidence however I have screenshotted parts of the footage.​
