    What happened? Description:
    Around 20 minutes after bumping my post on outpost,for my Blizzardly Storm Voodoo JuJu,I got added by "lolguy" ,he asked me if I was selling a b.storm Voodoo JuJu and if I would accept PayPal,I told him that I was selling the hat but that I didn't like PayPal trading ,he claimed that he had used all his pure in another trade and that he was offering 80 USD and told me to "take it or leave it" ,since I already had a large amount of scam attempts but none in the "PayPal" style,I opened up SteamRep like I do when I trade for the most expensive items of my inventory,and proceeded to see that "lolguy" had a SteamRep mark for having scammed another person,when I opened the chat again I saw he told me that he "soon had to go and that if I was okay with the trade I should leave him a trade offer" , I proceeded to tell him that he was marked on SteamRep and he eliminated me from his friends list,appearing Offline, I don't tend to report but after seeing the bad time the other trader had with his Pyro Beanie,and that at some points for some people his method seems reliable,I'd rather report so that less people go through things like this,since if it wasn't for the Pyro Beanie guy,maybe I would of accepted too,after that my internet went off that's why it appears I lost connection​

    Since this was a scam attempt and not a succesful scam,all I can provide is my chat with the accused​

    Sorry if my steamrep page offened you, I really wanted to buy your unusual for PayPal. I have returned the Pyro beanie to the victim, which I regret it very much. My appeal is currently under progress. Admins, I hope you can look into this issue and archieve this. Thank you.

    There's no scam attempt that I can see here, just offering paypal does not automatically mean he was trying to scam you. It's good that you checked steamrep, that's what it's there for, but this did not require an additional report.
