    What happened? Description:
    This is one of those attempts to get people to think you can FINALLY transfer steam wallet funds.

    I know I didn't accept it, but I did get to actually talk to him about it, and what he said was pretty interesting.​

    But basically he just admitted to the scam and for some reason tried to flip it on me for my profile picture, although anyone would just assume he is just flapping his fat fingers so he doesn't get the blame.​
