What happened? Description:

User found me on lounge and immediately offered to go first, pretty suspicious. Offered to pay $70, currently $5 higher than the steam market price. Claimed he sent me the money when he instead sent me a money REQUEST. see screenshots below of chat where he claims he sent it and the paypal request

Certain areas of personal information were snipped and erased from screenshots including a $70 payment i received from a friend yesterday that has nothing to do this. I would rather not disclose his full name for scammers to see, if need be i can show an unedited screenshot to steamrep admins although that was over 24 hours ago and is, once again, irrelevant to this.
