    What happened? Description:
    So the seller agreed to sell me 15 keys at 1.90$ each. I paid 28.50$ via PayPal and he told me to make the trade offer for his 15 keys. So I did but he never accepted it. I -repped him in this rep thread which he kept deleting.​

    Charge him back on paypal. Once you've opened a dispute with paypal, do not close it unless he refunds you or gives you the items. He can refund you while the dispute is open. If you close the dispute you cannot reopen it or recreate it - the money will be gone.
