    What happened? Description:
    i dont know him but he join my tf2 server n send me trade
    then he was selling hat which is Firewall Helmet
    i paid 1 ref for that
    after i paid 1 ref ,he change the Firewall Helmet into tide turner!
    after finished the trade , i asked him to give back my ref
    he asked me if i give him strange scattergun ,then he will give me back 1 ref!​
