    Victim profile: 76561198144003249

    What happened? Description:
    Added me so he could buy my knife for "either paypal or steam card" (Double scam friday?). I asked for keys and he said his "market was broken". He wanted me to go first and he said he had a trade hold in case of scams (that's what the gyazo's link for). I then went in the trade thing and saw he did not have any trade hold. When confronted, he started swearing at me and my beautiful country and blocked me​

    No scam here - you can't make reports assuming the user won't pay you.
    Can't tell if having issues with market real or not - could have changed funding method which will cause that delay too so who knows.
