    What happened? Description:
    Promising Money in Trade Offer, Imitating a VALVE letter of sending steam funds. The user got my link from an outpost ad.​

    Provide Evidence:
    This user sent me a trade offer faking a valve letter promising money. He sent me this offer through a listing on outpost.
    The message reads:
    "The User "✪KAMQUAT" has sent a Transaction offer.
    The quantity "$30.00" (Transaction no. 5297163)
    accept in order to complete the transaction
