    What happened? Description:
    So he promised me to pay me 40 eur paypal for the game full price as his country "doesent support paypal".

    Then he just said thanks free game and blocked me.
    this report is sent already to steam with the evidence + my trade history.
    The user commited a scam about a few months ago.​
