What happened? Description:

He randomly added me and I accepted. I sent him a message asking why he added me and he said he wanted to trade. I told him to send me and offer and he said he would use SteamPay to pay me in real cash. He sent me a trade and I immediately declined and reported him to Valve. I am just trying to get this guy marked on SteamRep so that no one will get scammed from him again. Also, I found that there was another report of this guy using the same strategy to another person.
