    Scam Report

Report Type: [Item Fraud] Quick-switch trade scam or attempt
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198072644359 (Uncle Ruckus)

    Victim profile: 76561198093707809

    What happened? Description:
This person seemed very reputable and trustworthy. I met them on an "unusual" trading server. They had years of experience of TF2 trading, so I decided to let them "profit" my items.

I gave this person a Unusual Bubbling Killer's Exclusive and five (5) Mann Co. Crate keys to profit "up", meaning he will give me back better/the same amount of items I gave him. (Trade will be in evidence)
This person then traded the Unusual Bubbling Killer's Exclusive for a Unusual Haunted Ghosts Grenadiers Softcap + An Unusual Green Confetti Bombing Run.

The user proceeded to give me back the Unusual Softcap, which was rightfully mine. However, he used the rest of the items. (Green Confetti Bombing Run + 5 Mann Co. keys + other items ~WHICH WERE HIS~) to trade for an Unusual Terror-Watt Ground Control. This Unusual Ground Control has suddenly disappeared without an trade.

I ask the user to return the extra items, or an item close to what he needed to return me, but sadly he just ignores me. This user constantly blocks me.

I can provide proof we agreed upon a "profiting deal" by chat. However, I have no idea how to view an chat from so long ago.

I gave him the initial items on 4/30/14
I received my Softcap back on 5/6/14

Bubbling Killer's Exclusive: Original ID: 819598899
Haunted Ghost's Softcap: Original ID: 280744213

I have no other information on the hats that he traded for / owned, for I never owned them or can find them.

The bottom line is, we agreed that he would profit for me.
    I gave him a 3 bud hat + 5 keys
He traded the 3 bud hat for a 2.5 bud hat + 14 key hat
Then he proceeded to trade the 14 key hat + my 5 keys + some of his items for the Terror Watt Ground control
Then gave me the 2.5 hat.

I still haven't received the rest of what I gave him / a substitute of any or equal value of what I'm missing.

    Provide Evidence:
ScamReport.JPG (1): Is the initial trade where I gave him my items

ScamReportTrade (2): Is proof of hat that I traded

ScamReportSoft.JPG (3): Is when the user traded me back one of the items, inferring that he planned to give profit my stuff and send back.

ScamReportSoftItem.JPG (4): Proof the hat was a Unusual Ghosts Softcap

As I mentioned above, I have no idea of how to view earlier chat messages. I could easily take a screenshot of the chat if I knew. Any guide on this would be appreciated if needed.

If more information is needed, it will surely be obtained.

I'm not sure how to view chats from so long ago. The issue may be working itself out.

Sorry but the screenshot of the chat agreement is vital for this case.
