What happened? Description:

So long way back I added him hoping to trade for his unusual. That's how he got on my friends list fast forward to yesterday I told him I was going to try and get 100 keys in a week to get my dream unusual. He said he would quit tf2 and donate 35 keys to me. I was overjoyed. We made the trade and he said he would be able to verify in 2 hours. Since he was quitting he asked if he could get an item for his "cousin" I said yes to be kind and I thought I was getting +35 keys. an hour later he tells me about how he didnt get his dream items, a strange airborn attire and a spelled hat. I told him I had a strange airborn attire and he asked for it, Before he quit. I said I would trade it for the 35 keys "". I got suspicious when he replied with "plis" The next day he tells me in a steam chat "I was just trolling you" 3 hours later he acts innocent and pretends his cousin was on his account that night. I ask for the item back and his reply was "My cousin sold it" So I asked for what he sold it for. He replied with "He traded it to his main account" So I asked for the main accounts name and he said "idk". We stop chatting and couple hours later I tell him to check trade history, to see the name. He doesnt reply for a while. I then tell him I reported him on steam and how I wasn't so dumb. He tried to give me 28 ref back (The price of my item + more) he tell me to accept. Just before he finished the trade he cancels and says to me "f✿✿✿ off" he blocked me and unfriended me (Not in that order) I now have some screenshots.​

Provide Evidence:

I couldnt open up the chat anymore so I dont have that. Please reply with any other proof I should supply. (Also I wouldnt mind anyone telling me how to open up a chat with a blocked person)
