First of all, I want to clarify that this is not a sharking report. In general, we speak about sharking when the trade agreement was upheld but the accused "lied" to the victim about the value of items that were agreed upon.

This is a different case. The trade agreement was made but it was not upheld. The accused refused to uphold the agreement by referring to "the victim's fault/the victim's mistake". This kind of mistake does not constitute the accused to keep items which were not agreed upon.

Based on that, I can say that the trade agreement scam took place. The accused was banned.
