What happened? Description:

he tryed to scam me by offer me a loading screen in place of a budle and he -rep me twice because i said that i will report him for that​

I tryed to make a trade with this user (http://dota2lounge.com/profile?id=76561198024156057)
simple trade of his offers as you can see(http://dota2lounge.com/trade?t=133782146),lucentir budle for black death budle,when i figured that this user have only the loading screen of black death budle(check his profile inventory)and he try to scam other users i didn't make the steam offer, but this user is so presumptuous, he made the steam offer (loading screen for my budle as you can see at my screenshots)in a second (he found me because i wrote to his offers to add me for trade).....

So i told that i will report him and he reported me( in a minute i was 2 rep down) . I had 33 rep and he had 18, how one user with the half of my reputation can -rep me?
