    What happened? Description:
    He asked me to help him withdraw his knife from a roullete site, because his steam guard doesn't work. He would send me coins to withdraw the knife.​

    not enough acceptable evidence - you cropped the screenshot too much for starters but otherwise nothing in it suggests a scam..not even a site name.
