    What happened? Description:
    He asked for item first since he had alot of rep and he has verified paypal and skrill http://gyazo.com/3f8958b480e78ce214b37012580ca70e But he didn't send the money. He blocked and deleted me off steam. He traded the items instantly away to another unkown account.
